Shane Bishop, BSc Pharm / President & CEO
Shane has extensive experience in the pharmacy sector. He was a founder of Paragon Pharmacies, where he served on the board of directors until 2006. He played a key role in setting up the first centralized filling pharmacy in Western Canada, and was at the forefront of introducing the new generation of packaging automation, which ultimately sparked the vision behind Catalyst.  Shane leads the management and development of Catalyst.

Harvinder (Harv) Johal, BSc / Vice President of Sales
Harvinder has over 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing and business development.  He has worked diligently to shed light on how e-business initiatives have a positive effect on productivity gains in the healthcare environment.  He is now responsible for management of the strategic relationships between Catalyst and its pharmacy and facility customers.

Kasumi (Kas) Oda, BSc / Director of Strategic Marketing
Kasumi previously worked with McKesson Automation Canada in Marketing and Product Management where she was responsible for defining and developing market strategies for products and services within the pharmacy sector.  She now leads the development of Catalyst’s market strategies and related services in key target markets and oversees sales & marketing.

Ted Ritchie, RHCE, CCNA / Director of Information Technology
Ted has wide-ranging experience in enterprise level, mission critical infrastructure as well as management of large scale IT projects and third party IT consulting and training.  Prior to Catalyst, Ted spent 15 years managing and developing the national network and data center for one of Canada’s largest airlines.

Marina Andricevic, BSc Pharm / Director of Product Development
Marina completed her clinical training in a hospital environment and has a dynamic combination of experiences, ranging from retail pharmacy, management of clinical trials in Oncology, to the pharmaceutical industry.  Her experience is essential for developing software with a clinical focus while maximizing pharmacy workflow.

Andrew Adamson, CA / CFO
Andrew is a seasoned accountant with broad experience at a CFO level in the high technology and manufacturing sectors.  His proven ability to raise multimillion dollar financings and competence in maintaining reporting compliance requirements for both public and private corporations fortify the financial strength of the Catalyst team.

Paul’s wisdom and guidance are infused in Catalyst, he played a key role in accomplishments to-date, and his legacy lives on. Paul’s innovative approach to developing management solutions drew on his diverse 23 year history in an ever-changing healthcare field. His intimate knowledge of the public sector, augmented by a wealth of experience working with clients in project management, public administration, management information, and change management made him invaluable when addressing clients’ unique challenges.  We love you and miss you, Paul.
